Tiny Miracle begins as our base farmhouse ale consisting of American 2-Row barley and raw wheat, lightly hopped with low alpha acid hops, and fermented with a blend of yeast and bacteria. Tiny Miracle is then aged in neutral oak barrels for 8-12 months with our house Brettanomyces blend before undergoing another conditioning and refermentation process atop California Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Always bottle and keg conditioned with champagne yeast.

Dry and spritzy with notes of white wine, oak, and apricot.
